Terms and Conditions Acceptance

By booking a Tour, Flight, Accommodation, Travel Advice, or any service with our firm, you are consenting to accept our Terms & Conditions. Please check them carefully. ALLAH Hoo Travels maintains the right to amend these terms and conditions at any moment without previous notification.

 

Policy About Airline’s tickets

We urge you to reconfirm your flight 72 hours before to travel. The tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable (Conditions Apply). Prices are NOT confirmed until the tickets are provided. We are unable to assume liable for any flight delays (for any cause Weather, industrial action, or any other reason) or cancellation of the flight to or from UK if the operator fails or is unable to perform their duty of the contract. We will help the operator in locating alternate aircraft. You must have enough travel insurance for this sad scenario.

 When you get your tickets, you must verify them carefully and inform us immediately if you believe any details are inaccurate/incomplete. We are not accountable to you for any difficulties might happen if you do not inform us for any modification as indicated on invoice. Thus, we advise careful invoice inspection. The consumer must pay any fare differences from airline ticket, hotel, and transit voucher modifications. Please verify your travel paperwork is in order.

 

Policy About Hotel Bookings

ALLAH Hoo Travels can offer a different hotel if the agreed one is unavailable. We can change hotel prices until full payment or before booking. Price varies by availability.

 

Safi-Excluded Airlines

Schedule Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI) excludes Air Nigeria, LAB Airlines, Sky Europe, Nordic Airways, Caribair, Air Jamaica, Air Comet, Olympic Airlines, Frontier, Silverjet, ZOOM, Air Senegal, Cabo Verde, OZ Jet, Aviacsa, Bellview, My Air, KD Avia, Air Slovakia, and Ghana Airways. If the airline fails, we are not liable for financial losses. If these airlines fail, passengers are responsible for any financial loss and should purchase separate travel insurance.

 

Deposit Policy

Deposits only reserve seats, not fares. To avoid fare increases, pay off the balance as soon as possible. Deposit 50% of the Grand Total to secure your booking. Price varies by availability.

 

Policy About Visa and Passport

Please ensure you have a valid visa and a passport valid for at least six months before your return trip. Please consult the Embassy about visas and passports. Requirements can vary and you should check for up-to-date Terms & Conditions in sufficient time before travel. The customer must give the hotels all passenger passport copies. So, it is in your best interest to keep the extra copies of passports of all passengers.

All Passports should be with us at least 4 weeks prior to departure along with two passport size photographs and it is customer’s responsibility to deliver and collect the passports from the office. Passports must be valid for 6 months from the date of departure. Ideally your passport should have eight months validity.

Once we have received your Passports/Travel documents, we will upload them on to our Umrah System. Once this is done, it can accept to a week to retrieve an E-number, only then can we submit passports into the Saudi Embassy. Processing time for Visa at Saudi Embassy can take 2-3 weeks in some cases. During this time, if Passports are misplaced in the Embassy, Allah Hoo Travels Limited will NOT be responsible.

Visa is NOT guaranteed under any circumstances. In case of delay in obtaining the Visa from the embassy, ALLAH Hoo Travel shall NOT be held responsible for the related costs (including changes in flights, hotel, and transport).

In case the traveller is not a British passport holder, he has to provide Travel Documents, Biometric Card, Proof of Residence and Expiry Date of his current Visa (should be valid for a minimum of 6months from the date of departure)

 

Baggage Allowance

Baggage allowance is different for each airline. We advise you to consult with the airline about Baggage Allowance before departure.

 

Policy About Cancellation

Flight tickets are always non-refundable after cancellation of any sort however they can be changeable subject to airline’s policy with flight change charges. 75 GBP per person will be charged as administration fee prior to issuance of umrah package in the event of cancellation.

For cancellation or for refund after issuing Umrah Package flight tickets, hotel, and transport vouchers, we will consult with the airlines only upon your request, if those flight tickets will be changeable /refundable. We will get back to you within 48hours. Your ticket’s refund amount will be reported according to the airline’s instructions (if applicable) after deduction of Administration Fee per person. And all other vouchers are Non-Refundable.

 

Complaints

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the services that you have gotten from Allah Hoo Travels Limited, you can contact us in writing within 21 days of the event or 7 days after returning from your Pilgrimage/Umrah, any communications beyond this timetable will result in delayed resolution.

Check-in-Times.

Due to security procedures, we highly urge check-in to be 3 hours for Intercontinental flights and 2 hours for European and Domestic flights. Check-in will generally shut 1 hour before planned departure so please preserve extra time to go to the airport.

 

Times Meal Requests

If you have not already done so, please let us know and we will put the request through to the airline, but note meal requests are not guaranteed, but the airline will make every attempt to accommodate your request.

Requests English Law Agreement/Contract between the customer and us shall fall under English law and Jurisdiction for the organization of the trip and lodging. Issues inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall fall under the Saudi Law and Jurisdiction between the customer and the service provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You must act at all times in conformity with local norms and adhere by the laws of the host nation. We cannot help you if you breach local tradition, whether consciously or unknowingly. Only the British Embassy or travel insurance can help you.

 

No Muslim Name

If the applicant has a non-Muslim name, they must provide a masjid or Islamic centre certificate certifying their Muslim status with the Visa Application. Applying Mahram Regulation Husbands/fathers or male relatives should accompany women and children. A woman needs a marriage certificate, and a kid needs a birth certificate with both parents. The Mahram must fly with his wife and children into and out of Saudi Arabia.

Women forty-five or older can travel without a Mahram with an organized group or family provided they produce a notarized No Objection Certificate from their Mahram.

 

Non-UK citizens

The application must include a residence permit if the applicant is not a citizen of the country.

 

Subject to Availability Policy

Everything is subject to availability and terms. Allah Hoo Travels Limited can reject service without warning. If you inform us at booking, we will do our best to accommodate you. If we cannot provide what we agreed on, we will give an alternative.

 

Travel Insurance

Please obtain travel insurance. Group Booking tickets can be granted at any time as the airline sets deadlines.

 

Wellness and Vaccines

Make sure you have met Pilgrimage health criteria like vaccinations. All Umrah and Hajj pilgrims must attach a MENINGOCOCCAL MENINGITIS vaccination certificate to their passports within 3 years and 10 days of arrival in Saudi Arabia. Authorities in the visitor's home country should guarantee that adults and children over two get the required immunization dose.

 

Financial Security

ATOL protects Civil Aviation Authority-managed flights and vacations. All UK tour operators and travel enterprises providing air holiday packages and flights must have an Air Travel Organizer's License.

We provide you an ATOL Certificate when you book an ATOL-protected fight or flight includes trip from us. This outlines financial protections, where to acquire information, and who to contact if anything goes wrong."

"We or your ATOL Certificate providers will supply the services stated on the Certificate (or a comparable equivalent). Where we or the provider cannot do so due to bankruptcy, an alternative ATOL holder can supply you with the services you ordered or a suitable replacement at no additional cost. You agree to let the alternative ATOL holder fulfil those duties and make any remaining payments under your contract. You also accept that in certain situations, you cannot be able to nominate an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you can make a claim under the ATOL system (or your credit card issuer).

"If we or the suppliers on your ATOL certificate are insolvent and cannot provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise), the Air Travel Trust Trustees can pay you or provide a benefit under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in exchange for such a payment or benefit, you assign totally to the Trustees any claims you have or can have stemming from the non-provision of the services, including claims against us, the travel agency, or your credit card issuer. You further agree that you can reassign such claims to another body if such body pays ATOL claims."

The Client agrees to the terms and conditions of such businesses, corporations, or people and shall serve ALLAH Hoo Travels and Client.

The Company/Supplier is not liable for cancellations or schedule changes due to war, riots, civil commotion, strikes, disasters, terrorist acts, natural disasters, acts of God, transportation issues, or other events beyond its control.

All personal luggage, including medications, phones, and other goods brought on the journey, is "at owners’ risk" at all times. If the Client does not have passports, visas, or other travel papers, ALLAH Hoo Travels is not liable.

Due to the nature of Hajj & Umrah and the large number of pilgrims from around the world, there is a chance of catching viruses and airborne diseases, so you are responsible for your own well-being at all times. ALLAH Hoo Travel is not liable for any personal accidents, illness, or death during your travel and pilgrimage, or for any medical reason We recommend travel insurance for your trip and stay. Local health and safety regulations in Saudi Arabia trump UK standards.

All hotels have Saudi Arabian star ratings, and some rooms can be 3/5 to 5/7 people. Unexpected events are common during Hajj and Umrah.

Despite careful preparation, the Hajj/Umrah travel is never a UK vacation. Pilgrims and Umrah Travelers want their holy visit to be pleasant and once-in-a-lifetime, however a large number of people from across the globe with different living styles can affect it. ALLAH Hoo Travel is not responsible for this. We and others make no claims about KSA's services' correctness, completeness, or impartiality. Comments and projections are based on current understanding and can change without warning.

A third party provides transportation. Thus, the transit's scheduling, quality, length, and amenities can vary from UK standard transport. ALLAH Hoo Travels is not liable.
